It is a gamble, it is a game of cards and named due to the analogy it shares to the game called Bingo. Since this game was invented in 1934, bingo is continuously evolving due to variety of variations that it has undergone. Special Bingo cards are used to play several bingo games. Every player is given X and Y cards are kept facing down in front of all the players. The value of all the cards in the hand is the total of the value of every single card. The cards remaining, on the board, get revealed one after the other with opportunities for simultaneously betting along the process. The only exception is that if any player loses out on all the cards he receives the entire pot to his credit.
One of the famous examples of this game is "66 Bingo". Here every participating player in the game gets 6 cards and there are 6 common cards facing down. Here in this game, there is going to be some rounds of betting prior to the common cards being turned over, for example; after the first two cards are turned over.
